Adding a dependent after application submission?

Post by riyan » Sun Dec 20, 2020 6:25 pm

Hi
Just wanted to know if it is possible to add a dependent to an application after it has been submitted?
I don't think it is possible, but heard from an immigration solicitor
I'm talking about FLR HRO application.
Thanks.

Also an additional question - if in case an application is rejected, do we get a refund of NHS surcharge? Thanks.

No, not possible to add a dependent after submitting.

IHS is usually refunded if an application is refused.

Is this regarding your parents you asked about previously?

On what basis have you applied FLR(HO)??
