Hi All,

I wrote and Passed my Life in UK test in May 2013 before I applied for ILR in July 2013. Received ILR in April 2018

I want to apply for UK Naturalisation now

I have a Masters Degree completed in UK 2008. DO I need to write life in UK Test again ?

Are you sure that I dont need to re write the Life in the UK test ?

Do I need to use the old life in UK test Certificate ?

for ILR 2 years for processing resulting refused. 3 years for Judicial Review to clarifiy simple things.

When you do not need to take the test

You do not need to take the test if you:

• are under 18

• are 65 or over

• have passed it before - for example, if you’re applying to become a citizen and already passed it as part of your settlement application

• have a long-term physical or mental condition - you must provide either a form or letter from a doctor confirming your physical or mental condition

1) How long does the person has to know me personally to act as a Referee ?

2) Can I give my Manager with British Passport as First Referee ?

3) Can I give my landlord with British Passport as second referee ?

I believe three years, but I am not sure, Wait for others to advise.

Yes, if he is the manager of a VAT registered company or charity.

A referee must have known you for 3 years.

What date do I need to enter?

On 1st March 2018 I got a letter saying my ILR BRP will be sent in 10 working days to my solicitor, and I have received my Indian passport and other documents along with this letter. My solicitor has misplaced or lost my ILR BRP somewhere.
I have applied for replacement of Lost ILR BRP in April and I have received new/Replacement ILR BRP dated date of Issue 10th May 2018

Applicants who applied for, and obtained, settlement on or after the 28th October 2013 using an English language qualification at level B1 or above can use this as evidence of their knowledge of English language. 1. Date Leave was granted (if known)?
The date of the letter advising grant of ILR - note it's an "if known" question so you could leave it blank. Replacement of BRP is just that - it's not a new ILR application.
2. English requirement.
As you have a degree from a UK institution then just tick that option.

Issue date is Ok but what is Expiry date ?

my BRP Says Type of Permit is SETTLEMENT and VALID UNTIL date 31-12-2024. I believe this is when the new BRP card with enhanced security will be issued. so what should I enter for expiry date ?
