Hi Guys
I have'nt heard anything since documents returned from HO on 04/08/18, (Standard) application date is 04/07/18 moreover there is no interview call to my husband.
My questions are:
What is the probability of approval if there is no call to sponsor and Employer? Bdw our case is straight forward no complication at all.
Can i expect a response next week from HO? its 54th working day today since date of application.
No one can tell you whether your visa will be approved or not or how long it will still take. As you have already been advised, not all applications sponsor employer etc are called.

There is nothing you can do except wait for the outcome.

Official copy of title document from HM Land Registry

Post by manomzd » Sun Sep 23, 2018 4:46 pm

Hi All
My husband submitted original Land registry official title document which he got at the time of purchase as recently obtained online copy states it is not "official copy". What are your comment on it?

Not sure what "comment" you are expecting. The online one from Land Registry would have been sufficient.

Thanks CR001
Need a comment what is a normal practice?
We did not send online copy as it was saying not an official copy though we sent an official copy which he got at the time of purchase of house but this copy does not have date of issue etc however Transaction date is mentioned on it which is 03/02/15. We attached 3 years mortgage statements, utility bills and council tax bills in accommodation section.
Though its too late now just worried if we have made a mistake?

Let me make my question more specific:
Is it necessary to get a brand new copy of title document from Land registry for visa application or official copy of title register got at the time of purchase will be alright?

It means passport has come back to VFS in Pakistan and they will ask you soon to go and collect it.
