Change your ILR expiry date to 3 years ahead instead of 2024.
How do I change my ILR expiry date now as it is now asking to pay the fees and I don't have option to edit information now?

The IHS fee has doubled. Your spouse is now required to pay £1,200 IHS + the £1523 visa fee.
The IHS fees asking is £2400 so even if i think it is doubled; £1200 + £1523 = £2723 which is £323 pound less.
I also see another next button after Pay IHS fees is there for Pay Application Fees so I am guess this £2400 is just the IHS fees and then it will ask me about the application fee as well?
Since when the fees is doubled?
IHS fees increased on 8th January 2019.
Will this fees be refunded back to me if the visa is granted?

Maybe you now have to create another new account with new email.

Not incase of successfully grant of visa.

If you hold ILR, you can only apply for a spouse settlement visa on form VAF4A and Appendix 2, if she has not been in the UK and is applying from home country.
You obviously know this as you have applied for one before which was refused.

I am now thinking that was the wrong application as i spoke to UKVI and they said i can't apply for her using the settlement application as she never been to the UK and need to apply for a Marriage application. When i go to applying from outside the UK then it takes me to the
www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk website which only gives Settlement option along with others. Plus the IHS fees is asking me to pay £2500 just for the IHS so i need to check if i am actually using the right applications?

As has already been advised earlier in the thread, it is 'Settlement>>Settlement>>Spouse' you have to apply for if you are married. There is no other visa she can apply for as your dependent. Why do you believe you can't apply for a settlement application?? Note that they might have misunderstood your question as settlement can also mean ILR, which she cannot apply for.

You need to read the advice that has already been given to you regarding the IHS!!!

I have checked on the IHS calculate
https://www.immigration-health-surcharg ... ecker/Type by putting 2027 ahead and it gives me even more fees of £3600.00 - it must be something wrong as it is calculating my fees as well surely?

Why are you putting 2027????
Read my post again about 3 years ahead. It is 3 years from NOW not 3 years from your ILR expiry date.

Yeah if i put 2022 as my visa expiry date which isn't than it gives me IHS fees of £1600.00 - now the question is on my ILR it is 2024 so i am allowed to put 2022?

Put an expiry date that will give you IHS of £1200.
Yes it is fine. HO is aware of this system glitch in calculating IHS.

How much cash to show to meet the requirement purely on CASH only? is it £62,500 for 6 months or this can be met purely by £25,000 as in the example without showing any other source of income?

For cash savings route, you need £62,500 held for 6 months minimum.

There shouldn't be any fixed template rather a simple declaration with simple words can be used.

Spouse visa refused again. It says that I need to show "£62500 have been held during the 6 months immediately preceding the date of application" in the letter. It's more of a English clarification on this, does this mean I need to have £62500 consecutively held for 6 months in my bank account?

Yes cash savings strictly need to be possessed for 6 months from the date of application and there is zero percent discretion over it.

May apply for Flr fp which is heavily costly, lengthy and stressful visa to obtain with no guarantee of success.
