Hi,Frontier Mole wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 7:15 amDoes you husband earn more than £18,600 pa? If the answer is yes - just use his income information - hopefully a simpler way forward.
If you are using your income you have to provide full end of year accounts and / or interim management accounts if you are self employed. The salary element is your net profit
Thank you for your reply. £62500 I don’t have that much in my account. Does that mean I don’t qualify for cash saving . It’s a bit confusing on how it’s calculated ? what kind of documents are required for self employed?
Thank you for the reply. I did read it but was kind of confusing . I think showing self employment maybe the best way as I can provide all the documents for it .CR001 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 2:53 pmHave you read through Appendix 1.7 which explains everything???

You only need ONE spouses' earnings. If your husband meets the requirement, then use only his.ASEA331825 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 07, 2019 9:29 amGood morning,
I have query regarding documents required for extension of FLR(M).
I am currently on maternity leave but work as a dentist since last 3 years ( self employed) for a company on behalf of NHS so my latest financial year the earrings are well over £18,000 ( plus getting maternity pay as well currently) . I get remittances slips monthly and the amount is paid in my account from the company.
My question is in This situation what documents should I submit ( 12 months self assessment only?)
And what other documents are required?
Also my Husband’s earning is around £20,000 and he is employed.
What if we submit both?
Looking for a suggestion on what would be best way forward?
Thank you.
A UK Degree is sufficient.ASEA331825 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 07, 2019 9:32 amHello everyone,
This may sound like a straightforward question but I wanted to confirm regarding English language requirement for extension of FLR(M).
I completed my masters in 2013 from Cardiff University in UK, do I still need to take English language test or can my degree be accepted for it.?
Thank you
Unclear what exactly you mean. SET(M) is the form you apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain and not a visa or visa extension. Do you mean you previously applied on FLR(M) or SET(M) within the UK or VAF4A Settlement visa outside the UK?ASEA331825 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 10:00 amHi,
I am currently filling my application for FLR(M) as an extension but I only realised that my last permit was SET(M) as at that time my husband had ILR. I am confused as in should I apply for FLR(M) extension or new application? Thank you in advance
Previously we both had tier 1 visa and then my husband qualifies for 10 year route for ILR in May 2017, at that point I switched my visa to SET(M) for which I was provided 2.5 (expiring) years permit and on brp it says spouse/partner leave to remain.
You would have applied on FLR M if you got a 2.5 year visa and not on SET M, which would have been refused as you would not have qualified for ilr.at that point I switched my visa to SET(M) for which I was provided 2.5 (expiring) years permit and on brp it says spouse/partner leave to remain.
You did not qualify for Set(O) either as this is also for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
