Definitely not bad, especially if it makes you feel more confident in the application. If you have 12 months of statements it wouldn't hurt to include them all.
Just need further clarification as my head has given up on this. when you said 6 in joint name how is this achieved?
The example you giving above is more than enough (over sufficient). You can even attach above with 3-4 months gap. Also they are from at least 3 sources which meets the requirement.xzaf wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2019 12:17 pmJust need further clarification as my head has given up on this. when you said 6 in joint name how is this achieved?
e.g:-
1x Gas bill - January to march (2018) this is quarterly so its covered this period
1x virgin bills - April to June (2018) this is monthly, so i will need 3 bills to cover this period
1x Halifax bank - July to September (2018) this is monthly, so i will need 3 bills to cover this period
and maybe some single named letters to cover rest of the months for 2018?
and then do i repeat the same as above for 2019?
1x Gas bill - January to March (2019)
1x virgin bills - April to June (2019)
1x Halifax bank - July to September (2019)
Is this how 6 item are achieved in joint name? or have got this completely wrong?
Apology for asking again...
Thanks
What about the list of documents you mentioned above. Hasn't you got such documents?
i do, but i only have joint from two sources in Halifax bank and council tax rest are single named such as virgin media and gas bills and others etc...
If joint named then 6 and if individually named then 12 documents. Also you can combine both. Yes you can add documents with single names.xzaf wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 7:35 pmi do, but i only have joint from two sources in Halifax bank and council tax rest are single named such as virgin media and gas bills and others etc...
so i just need to know how many in total do i need to submit in joint names and in singular for applicant and sponsor?
Thanks
4 in each name.
sorry i meant 4 joints 2 for halifax bank and 2 for council tax for both years and then as you said 4 each is that per year which mean 8 each for both years which total up to 20 letters joint and singles.
If you meant that you have 4 joint documents then you will need 2 more documents in each name means 4 more documents which in total will be 8. If still you have written wrong then by bearing in mind this example you can keep counting the actual number of documents you actually need.
Seems fine but try to add any document addressed to applicant to cover a little gap between March 2019 - August 2019xzaf wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 12:30 pmOk thanks Seagul,
My final question to wrap this up and this is how I will submit docs tomorrow. I have two Joint sources and rest are single, have I got this correct in numbers for sponsor and applicant taking into account joints and single letters please:
Year 2018
January - Gas bill (Applicant)
March - Council tax (Joint)
May - HMRC letter (Sponsor)
July – Yorkshire water (Applicant)
September – Halifax Bank (Joint)
December – Virgin Media (Applicant)
Year 2019
February – Council tax (Joint)
April – Maternity letter (Sponsor)
June – TV licence (Sponsor)
August – Gas Bill (Applicant)
October – Child benefit letter (Sponsor)
December – Virgin Media (Applicant)
OK but im already 12 documents in total (including joints and singles), if i add a couple more would that be OK, as i thought i had to submit 8 in total?seagul wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 3:21 pmSeems fine but try to add any document addressed to applicant to cover a little gap between March 2019 - August 2019xzaf wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 12:30 pmOk thanks Seagul,

Your cohabitation evidences are fine and the reason to advise you to attach few more documents of applicant for the period of (March 2019 - August 2019) because the gap exceed than 3-4 months.
