Can Tier 2 ICT (Long Term) dependent still work- latest info

Hi
I may be travelling to the UK soon on a Tier 2 ICT (long term). As the UKBA website has now migrated to gov.uk, I am unable to find if my wife travelling on a dependent visa can still work in the UK? Can some one point me in the right direction please?

Thanks,
-Bertie
