Re: Scorecard is a positive development

Perhaps someone could clarify their interpretation of what's required under a Rent agreement registered with the local authority / AHB / PTB please as part of this scoreboard system. Would a simple rental agreement cosigned by you and the management company do in this case? If so how can one show t...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

For the sake of those following the thread, the particular quote does not mention if the new scorecard approach that will be used will apply to just new applications (from 1t January 2022 onwards), or all applications that are on hand in the department. It just says that the approach will be differ...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

In particular, for doctors who are employed in the HSE or in...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

Well I think that the issue here is that applicants are not sure whether their application will be judged by the 2021 and before criteria, or the 2022 criteria with the scorecard. Nowhere in the announcement is it actually written that ''Only applications received from January 2022 onwards will be ...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

Only applications received from January 2022 onwards will be processed based on the new scorecard system so there’s no need to be anxious.

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

Nala2021 everyone is entitled to an opinion whether they are pro or against the current citizenship system. Bringing different points of view is vital so that other people whom are about to embark on the journey of citizenship or thinking of migrating to Ireland have an informed choice. Personally t...

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

What people are forgetting or ignoring here is that a lot of highly skilled workers pay a lot of taxes (plus the citizenship process value) waiting for this citizenship. I am non-EU and could have chosen any other country to move to but decided on Ireland because it would be easier to get citizensh...

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

Sorry breakfast, I don't have patience to read all of your nonsense. If State wants to check if I am continuous residence in Ireland, they can simply check my records of entry & exit of country. Period. First of all you are rude for not taking the time to read the other person’s point of view even ...

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

Can you immagine for one second that INIS will do all the hard work of chasing the above mentioned agencies or chasing the landlord of 5 years ago for example or chasing the person you are house sharing etc etc etc? So what’s implied here is that we simply complete an application form with minimal I...

Re: What documentation do you need to apply for citizenship through Stamp 4 EUFAM?

Through EUFAM4 you will need mostly your partner's documents. They wont accept or give you citizenship if he or she left the country. Most likely you will need to wait another 5 years through Work permit. I suggest you to consult to a solicitor if you want to get citizenship but I think it is very ...

This will allow them to request a new card on your behalf without the need to apply online. In the meantime write an...

Your new IRP card will have the expiry date of your EUFAM permission so for example EUFAM permission expires in May 2022, your new IRP card will also have May 2022 expiry date.

I don't know what Family registration certificate is. But it's not on the list, so I wouldn't bother sending it.
Some countries issue what’s known as “family members certificate” whereby it lists your parents and all their children’s details.

Hi I don’t know where you live but it is worth contacting your local Garda INIS office (if you haven’t done so already) to see if they can help.
