Re: Can a Citizen from different country apply UK Visa in different country

Hi CR001,

Thanks again for prompt reply.

It means that she can apply from India and it doesn't matter where I am from but I am able to provide her my details which she will need in her visa application.

Regards,

Re: Traffic offence

Hi Djscuccess, No need to go that deep. I am 100% SURE because moderator CR001 told me to mention it under Civil Penalties and Please do trust me because that is what I mentioned in my Application. You need to know that "A penalty for a driving offence, e.g. disqualification for speeding or no insur...

Hi Djsuccess, I have PCN to for driving in Bus Lane and Speeding Ticket (FPN) and like you said you have PCN for Parking and Bus Lane. PCN and FPN if either you pay on time then they are only counted as civil penalties. Both of this should be mentioned under Civil Penalties and not in Penalty for a ...

Vasanth,

If your going with new employer then yes you need UCoS but you would need RMLT. Make sure you company does a proper RMLT, please do read other people who had issues with RMLT. Make sure everything goes smoothly.

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

Hi Vasanth, My HR didn't send anything and it is not UKBA but UKVI but she made 2 calls which were not really helpful. It was just that it would take 18 weeks, they can't do anything about it and when 14 days left for visa to expire then they advised to send email to helpdesk with BRP details and th...

Re: Tier 2 general extension Thershold PAY

Hi Premc,

It will not be successful because it clearly states £40,300 and that is for 39 hours per week.

So depending upon your hours per week it needs to be more or exact amount.

Some of them got in within 5 weeks and those who's VISA were about expire got it from 5 days to 15 days. So let's hope yours and mines comes soon too. Mine has been 24 days. Let'...

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

Hi Vasanth, I am not sure how to answer that but What I can tell you is that you need to ask your current employeer which is willing to sponsor you to call Home Office and email their Helpdesk with your information. I am not sure how you're still in UK if your employer has cancelled your VISA. Do yo...
