How is it possible that someone intentionally not willing to help others. Everyone was so desperate to hear something from those who interviewed by HO at ILR stage. But it ends up in a strange way.

I suggest you try and be patient with business partner till you get your ILR sorted, it’s really unusual for HO to start asking for things during ILR especially with a straightforward application. However, you have waited this long, I believe you can wait for few more weeks to get your application ...

Your FPS is ok. If you have satisfied the employment requirement and you are still in business, I honestly don’t see any problem getting the application sorted.
