My dad recently got 5 years RC in Netherlands, first we applied for his family permit then applied for RC it was very long process and took nearly one year with too much expenses every month.

Parents are not extended family members, but direct family members. They must however prove that they are dependent on you for their day-to-day expenses. You will not be able to apply for ILR for 24 months from the date of any court conviction. You could be summoned to the court, fined and convicted there as driving without insurance is taken quite seriously now. How to exercise Treaty Rights?

Hey Guys
I already have RC for 5 years, and my wife's employer just stopped paying SMP after 10 months of new baby born, she don't have any job atm.
I want to ask how can she exercise treaty rights? So it won't effect my PR which is after two years.

Hey guys today received B.Passport for the child born after PR. Now gathering all documents to apply for MN1 for the child born before PR. This forum is so helpful, saved me alot of money going to solicitors, think they should charge everyone £10 for registeration to this website. :lol: :lol: :lol:

for non eu they use to stamp passport which they stopped and now they stamp passport electronically which means they save data on computer. but for eu citizens the only way is HMRC . i think so . if she applied for Statutory Maternity Pay ( SMP ) and she will get it, then you will be fine for another 10 months or one year, means don't need to show job .
