Another good example of incompetence from HO. People spend a lot of money and get this unfair decision in the end. :x

I fully support Amber advise. High chances of application success if 10 years completed while processing application.

Re: Crazy Statistics - Application Review Time Lines

I think 6 months time is too much for any application .HO has a checklist to see if criteria is met or not so its an excuse to take as much time as they want.

Re: Applying Naturalization and Passport at same time

I agree with the sub-standard service provided by NCS Brent because I was also very unhappy when I used their service and I warned people in my old posts as well from their low quality service. They don't even look for any mistake properly in your form and just try to wrap up everything quickly and ...

Re: Littering Fine,Penalty Charge notice and ILR

You don't need to wait for 3 years to spent this penalty (Pcn). This is a minor offence and no court is involved therefore penalty is spent after payment. The other guy is talking no serious.

Re: refused British citizenship good character

HO telephone staff and NCS don't care about the application outcome and applicant money. so my advise not to rely on them when submitting your such an important application and it's worth taking advise from a good solicitor if your case is not simple.

Re: FPNs and Natiralization Application

There is no conviction involved in your case therefore no need to worry at all. FPN's are issued for fairly minor offences for disposing off matter without going to court. Fpns spent immediately after payment. Hope not worried now.
I had fpn and applied naturalisation recently

Re: Application Submitted - One Point to note

Bruv PCN'S don't need to declare coz they are not criminal conviction hence no effect on Naturalisation with or without declaration so u don't need to worry for no reason. People have offences worse than yours and they get their naturalisation approved. PCN is peanut. You should not complicate your ...

I think it is something to do with toiec test because anyone who used toiec test for their immigration purpose his application have some difficulty. HO made a clear policy on it to deal with them harshly.

Re: Applying Naturalization and Passport at same time

No wonder HO is fast for new pilot scheme only and keeping the regular applicants on hold despite HO can move things faster for them as well but not interested in that. It's quite clear that they are frustrating applicants for no reason and want to delay as much as they can. On the other hand after ...
