Timelines for ILR Application under new Super Priority Service

Hello,

I had made the application for Indefinite Leave Remain (form Set (O)) under the new Super Priority Service on the 29-11-2018. I was under the impression that I shall be receiving the decision in the next 24 working hours, however, it been more than a fortnight and I still haven't received any decision on my application. Neither have I been contacted by the Home Office to ask for any more information on my application nor have I had any communication from the Home Office explaining the delay in processing my application. Has anybody else who had made an ILR application under the new service have an intimation of timelines on the decision making process under the Super Priority Service. Or does anyone know how to contact Home Office in this regards? Any help/pointers would be much appreciated.
