Yes, you're right under Cat B and good to apply right away.nemo999 wrote: ↑Mon May 28, 2018 11:44 amSO the correct answer to my question (Is it compulsory to show 6 months payslips ?) is NO.
According to the guidance, If someone is employed with salary more than GBP 18,600 AND has already earned gross 18600 BEFORE the date of application (within last 12 months), they need not wait for 6 months or for 6 payslips..
They payslips doesn't even need to be from same employer, As far as I am aware. However, the sponsor MUST BE be STILL employed with the latest employer. (it cant be the case of earning the threshold and then being on a gap or unemployment until the visa is secured)
Moral of the story, UKVI requires EARNED gross income of 18,600 and a job that pays more than 18600, not six payslips, it can be less than that.

We are members of the same family, not a shared household where unknown people live / share a house /Spam.
I agree with what you said about reapplying. Nobody want to do that. However, we should not be spending money out of fear of rejection.Londoner007 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 7:36 pm
Going cheap on £200 and having to go through an appeal and re-application will be upwards of 10x the £200.
Choice is yours - wait for a mod to reply.
