My spouse visa will expire on the 14th June. I need to renew to complete the 5 year route.
Is this the same lawyer that advised you so poorly previously when switching to a spouse visa on the 5 year route??? immigration-for-family-members/how-to-c ... l#p1396912My lawyer informed me that I can submitt the application on the 17th of april.
April is too early yes. You should apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 30 months residence on your spouse visa, counted from the date your visa was granted. Is this not too early??
You are likely reading about ILR refusal based on spouse visa for applying too early. You can apply for an extension at any time but you will simply end up with a shortfall in residence and visa when you want to apply for ILR and require an additional costly extension to cover a short period of time.I read it on this forum that HO refused to renew somebody spouse visa because she applied too early.
Yes, B1 is accepted.indefinite stay. What do guys think? Do you think the HO will accept B1 Certificate?
What visa exactly do you hold?? A spouse visa on FLR(M) is not issued for 3 years. It is issued for 2.5 years. What is the exact expiry date of your visa??
No sooner than this date, to avoid a shortfall for ILR in the future.Result: Tuesday, 14 May 2019
If you are working for your employer from atleast 6 months then you only need to attach the last 6 months of payslips & bank statements. There seems some issue with online application form where they consider non-salaried person who earns variable income as category B person where you have to provide 12 months of payslips and bank statements. Just answer the question that you are earning same amount then in additional info section explain the fact that you are on category A non-salaried person route.amilawal wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2019 4:34 pmHello all.
Pls I need your advice. I will be applying to renew my spouse visa. I have to provide 12 months payslips and 12 months bank statements from may 2018 till may 2019 . This is because my salary has not been the same for the past 6 months.(but well over the required amounts of 18600 required by HO). However for the month of May 2018 my salary was 680 pounds and 700 pounds for june 2018. This is because I was on maternity leave then.. Now from july 2018 till date my salaries has been between 2000 pound to 2800 pounds every month. Now because my salaries for may and june 2018 were smaller comaoare to the rest of tge months to date,, do you think this can affect the application?
I can provide 6 months payslips , but the amount has been variable between 2000 and 2800 per months. This is due to weekend rates that is associated to my Job. If i do a lots of weekend in a month, my money for that month will increase
Thanks for ur reply in advance
