Attending UKVCAS biometrics appointment with my wife

Hi, does anyone know if I (sponsor) am permitted to accompany my wife (applicant) at the biometrics appointment with UKVCAS? Can't find anything which says one way or the other.

It's definitely not permitted at Mirpur, Pakistan. Security guards (armed with machine guns) check at the gate and do not allow sponsorers to accompany the applicants.
