If you wish then yes you can but make sure that the supporting documents doesn't get older than 28 days from the date of submission of application.usasunshine23 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2019 10:08 pmHi Seagul, seagul wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 7:34 pmApplication wont be denied only due to this reason.usasunshine23 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 4:15 am

So if my intended date of travel is Jan 15 2020, and 90 days from now is Jan 14 2020, should I wait one more day to send off my visa?
Thanks!

No issue as the processing of many applications may even go beyond to the intended date depending on the case and applications backlog.usasunshine23 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2019 10:29 pmseagul wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2019 10:20 pmIf you wish then yes you can but make sure that the supporting documents doesn't get older than 28 days from the date of submission of application.usasunshine23 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2019 10:08 pmHi Seagul,

Hi Seagul,
So if I sent it today 91 days from now would there be problems? So what does UKVI go by 3 months or 90 days from the intended day of travel?
Wow, that is so weird! when was that? Maybe the UKVI guy didnt tell me correctly idk? I will definitely post the rest of the timeline if I get any other emails or texts.bathanza wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2019 10:27 pmThe only thing you can possibly do is wait for your decision/passport
Post back with results please. Would be interesting to know the outcome
The ONLY case I know was a 3 day processing after submission of a spousal visa from abroad..crazier things do happen...
Yeah, so weird thre would be absolutely nothing causing it to get denied. I think we have a strong application but you never know these days
Yeah and I should've not done that honestly, it's my fault. Only reason why I posted this was that I noticed in the settlement timeline threads that for example, someone would get their passport back Sept 5th, their visa dates are like Sept 7 - Oct 1.CR001 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 9:45 pmIf you specifically stated intended date if travel, then the visa will likely be valid from that date. If it is not, UKVI will correct it for free provided you provide some evidence that you clearly stated a specific date.
UKVI also clearly states not to book flights until the visa has been approved, issued and collected.
