6 Months Payslips

Post by mark2019 » Sun Jan 12, 2020 9:33 am

Hello Guys

Im really freaking out. With regards to payslips covering a full 6 months. On my payslips there is no date of issue, the only date that appears is the pay date. All my pay dates are 25th other than December we are paid 19th due to Christmas. So if they look at the “pay day” then that doesn’t cover 6 months. However on the December payslip it does say on there the following “Payment date on HMRC personal tax account will show 25/12/19” within my employer letter my manager has stated that the payslips cover the full Callander month.

From what I’ve mentioned will this be acceptable or will this cause problems?

6 payslips, covering 6 months with corresponding bank statements.

The "pay date" is not an issue!!

Just to conform CR001 on my payslips there is no issue date or any date saying what period it covers.

You still think this is ok or should I add a 7th to make sure?

Many Thanks

Adding a 7th pay slip will still not make the date s appear or show the period covered. You should rather be thinking of how to address this in your cover letter an or letter from your employer.

Documents Dated After Submission Of Application

Post by mark2019 » Mon Jan 13, 2020 6:51 am

Hello Guys

I am going to the bank today as biometrics appointment is tomorrow to get a statement.

The statement will show before the application submission dated t When these get stamped they are going to show today’s date, is this going to be a problem as we already submitted the application?

Many Thanks

The Appendix FM requirements of the immigration rules relate to the date of the statements and the period they cover rather than the date they are stamped.

INTENT TO MARRY PROOF

Post by mark2019 » Wed Jan 15, 2020 9:56 am

Hello Guys

Thank you all very much for your help, my fiancé had her VFS appointment yesterday so everything has now been submitted.

I have a quick question as anxiety has kicked in. I have been looking on the forums and am now wondering if we are going to be refused!!

I sent as proof of intent to marry:
Email chain between myself and register office
Confirmation of payment for the ceremony
Signed forms from us both from the registry office.

As we are having a very low key ceremony and haven’t got the visa accepted yet we haven’t made any other enquiries.

Do you think this will be enough evidence to satisfy our proof of intent to marry.

I’m now super worried, so anyone who has only just submitted what I have I would be much appreciated with your input.

Many Thanks

FIANCE VISA TIMELINE

Post by mark2019 » Tue Jan 21, 2020 6:42 pm

Hello Guys

My fiancé had he biometrics in Mexico last Tuesday, we paid for priority service, everything uploaded via VFS.

I have notice people putting their timelines up and seems like most people get an email from them saying they have received the documents?

Is this still the case? Are we updated each step of the way via email because we are yet to hear anything g?

Many Thanks

Some people get it, some people don’t. HO isn’t very consistent with that, nor they keep you updated on the status. Most of the time it’s just waiting in the darkness.

You did what you could at this stage. You need to have trust as there’s not much you can do atm.

A piece of advice: get your mind busy with something else. Force yourself into normal life. Keep yourself/your fiancé busy. I’m in sort of the same process myself (entry clearance, then RC) from end of July 19. I passed all stages of grieving, so I know what I’m talking about. You have a marathon to run, don’t lose all mental strength in first few days

IF HOME OFFICE CALL IS OT FROM A UK NUMBER

Post by mark2019 » Thu Jan 30, 2020 8:31 pm

Hello Guys

My fiancé received an email on Tuesday saying that the fiancé visa application is being assessed.

She has a couple of missed calls and voicemails with no message left from Mexican numbers today (country she is from)

If the Home Office were to call to clarify anything would it be from a UK number or a number from the country you are applying from? She is a little worried she may have missed a call from them!

Many Thanks I’m advance

FLR(M) Questions

Post by mark2019 » Wed Feb 19, 2020 1:43 pm

Hello Guys

I would like to firstly thank everybody who helped with the fiancé visa, we had this accepted on Monday and are looking to get the FLR(M) ready in time for after our wedding.

Could someone please help with the following questions:

When my fiancé arrives in the UK can I start adding her to the utilities bills, council tax etc straight away or do I have to wait until we are married?

If we submit the application before the 6 month visa expires but have not head back from the hone office within the 6 months, would she have to return home or is she able to stay until a decision is made? Or can she extend until decision is made?

Many Thanks Guys

Mark

Hi Mark and congrats!! You see, you were worried for nothing! You nailed the first stage!

yes, I’d say ASAP as it makes life easier and utility Co/councils don’t ask for the residence papers from my experience.

If you apply on time but HO doesn’t reply to you within 6 months of Fiancée visa, your wife will be covered by article 3c (if my memory serves me right) of Immigration Act ie she is not an overstayer as long as she has valid application with HO done on time

Yes indeed you were right! And many thanks for your help.

You k great so that’s good news, what is the situation if it comes back as refused? Are we able to reapply and for her to stay? If not what is the time limit for her to leave?

Many Thanks

Initial spouse visa/FLRM application doesnt require any proof of cohabitation but it is always best to get your spouse's name be included in different utility bills for future applications. You will need almost same documents for flrm but of latest dates, therefore, possibility of refusal will be highly minimal but still if GOD forbidden it happens then you can appeal the decision and section 3C will remain active even until during the process of appeal. Your partner might also be offered flrfp instead flrm if any of the major requirement wont be fulfilled.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

On top of what seagul told you, just stay focused on doing it right the first time.

From reading this forum, I gather that people start doing stupid mistakes (like missing deadlines etc) once they get super relaxed. Being relaxed is nice (and important) but note that you'll have some years ahead of good planning and interaction with HO.

Ok thank you guys this is good to know.

Are you 100% about no proof of joint bills and cohabitation for FLR(M)? Everything I have read and seen on this forum with regards to a Chek list for the FLR(M) visa has multiple bills etc showing joint names and individual names at the same address.

Many Thanks

You get the BRP card (delivered by courier) when the FLR(M) is approved and granted.

For switching into spouse visa from another category within UK and then applying its extension the same form is used. That's why cohabitation evidences which actually are needed at extension stage are also being asked.

Post by mark2019 » Sun Mar 08, 2020 8:57 pm

Hello Guys

When we switch from fiancé visa to FLR(M) would we use my partners maiden name on the application or would we now use the married name?

Many Thanks
