Yea you can..liuk does not expire.I just want to ask that can I give my life in UK test now? Would it be valid till my application?
Useful to state what your current visa is. If you hold a PBS dependent visa for 5 years, which I assume is the case, then you need a current test that is on the current ho approved list. Your previous test won't count as it is expired and was not required for a PBS dependent visa.Secondly do I need to give language test as I have an IELTs general certificate of 2015 and I am a dependant on a British Citizen. He is my husband and working as a doctor since 2012 in UK.
Which FAQs and point in the FAQs is that?? You have clearly misread.MehreenNajeeb wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2020 5:27 pmThank you for your reply.
Yes i have PBS dependant tier 2 visa. But i have read in your FAQs that if your partner is settled in uk and you are dependant on him then you don’t need to give a language test.
Set O assuming the main sponsor got ILR not under long residence. No ihs will be required.MehreenNajeeb wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 12:24 pmHi, I am on Tier 2 PBS dependant visa and going to complete my 5 years stay in November 2020. Which set of form do I need to apply for ILR? And do I have to pay health surcharge?
P.s. My husband and two kids are British National.
