That will only be acceptable if be equivalent to at least UK bachelor degree and usually a level 6 is equivalent to it. But still better to query them again that does it really equivalent to UK bachelor degree.

If they started off on 2.5 years in Oct. 2019 how come they completed 10 years in Jan 2020? Legal residence?

She needs liuk test AND she needs to meet the English language requirement, B1 test or a UK degree or a foreign degree with UK NARIC English and comparable assessment. All ilr routes except refugees have to meet both requirements.

Do click on the links that Vinny provided.

I have also completed her foreign degree comparable assessment with UK NARIC but UK NARIC only mentioned in her assessment that your foreign qualification is compared to UK qualifications is please see attached documents, how to justify this qualification is equal to B1 or above. I have attached the Cambridge English qualifications comparison list, please have a look and give me your advice, thanks in advance.

You need to get it assessed through Naric's red route where you will also receive a letter of English proficiency. I think the letter you have attached is the comparability report which need to be complemented with the English proficiency letter to meet the criteria.

If the degree doesn't meet the requirement of minimum B1 then she will have to do the B1 English test.

Yes. And as per your previous post your degree is equivalent to UK bachelor because of its intersecting to level 6 which represents it. You just need a statement of proficiency which will confirm its level of B1.

SET(LR) does not allow to add dependents. If your daughter qualifies for SET(LR), you will have to make a separate application for her.

You can only book an appointment through the same account if applicants are in the same account.

Since your wife and daughter have separate accounts, you will have to book an appointment for them through their own accounts individually. You need separate accounts for both which will be linked to their UKVI accounts.

However, you can try and book for the same location, day and time for both of them.

I think once you have booked you don't get the chance to check for other appointments.
