Do i really need this letter ? HR head is on leave for next two weeks and the current visa expires on 28th Aug, the main applicant is on maternity leave and remotely trying to get hold of any one else in HR team but seems they will take at least few days to produce that letter . I am in little panic as dont want to leave things or last moment.

Thanks I have seen that as post says you only need 1 letter from emplyer i.e that your employer needs you for foreseeable future.
Hope my assumption is correct that i need this letter .

It's a line in the letter to state state you are required for the foreseeable future, that's it.

Thanks.
Is there a requirement for dependent to have an English degree as the SET(O) form have a section although the dependent have the Life in UK test passed reference.
Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa?
(Required)
Find out more about UK visa requirements.
Get more information on how you can use a qualification from outside the UK to meet immigration requirements from the Ecctis website.

The dependent needs BOTH the LIUK test and must meet the English requirement with either an English B1 approved test, a UK degree or an ECCTIS assessed foreign degree.

Thanks the dependent has been in UK earlier on ICT visa for 6 years. It's very weird requirement with no exceptions. Dependent have Masters degree from a top institute in india but it seems one the requirement set by ECCTIS is to receive the the offical transcript from institute directly ? Is this correct ?
The official transcript showing all subjects and grades achieved throughout your studies. This must be produced by the awarding institution. Please note that we cannot accept transcripts from affiliated colleges
.
If will probably go for english B1 approved test as that may be quick although its costly.
If i pass the B1 approved test then do i have to choose that degree was not taught in english in the form?

If the dependents does the B1 English test, you tick NO to the degree question in the form.

The B1 test needs to be done before completing and submitting the form as you need the reference number.

For the main applicant and she is on maternity leave from 3rd Nov 2023 till 3rd Nov 2024. . Her annual salary before maternity leave was 40,000 which was increased to 43,000 in March 2024. Her SOC code is 2139 ( Information technology and telecommunications professionals not elsewhere classified) with working hours 37.5.
Just want to check if that's not a issue as the form checklist has an item to submit payslip before maternity leave.
Please suggest.

Thanks, The current standard going rate for her SOC code is above to what she was getting before going to maternity leave. Will that be an issue ? Is she eligible for lower rate as she has been with same sponsor since last 5 years

The lower going rate applies as she moved to the skilled worker route before 4 April 2024. :!:

When did you first enter the UK?
Main applicant first entered in UK in 2014 on ICT dependent visa and was away for more than 6 month before coming back in 2016. Shall i mention the the 2014 date in form or the entry after 6 month break ?
Details of your time spent outside the UK and Crown Dependencies ?
Shall i also provide the entry/exit from UK starting from 2014 ?

I got my Trinity College London, B1 English reference number however, the email says that i need to wait till i receive digital certificate in 4-7 working days before using that in application . I will upload the digital certificate before my bio-metric appointment. Will that be an issue ? not sure why they have asked to wait for final digital certificate.
When can I make my application to the UKVI?
You must wait until you receive your final result email and have viewed your digital certificate, before using your Unique Electronic Reference number (UER) when making your application to the Home Office.

See:All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route
Main applicant got 2 letters from her employer now .
1. Maternity Letter which i believe we need in this case - mentioning the start and end date of maternity leaves with salary before and what will be salary on return.
2. General employment letter with below format . Is this have enough details or i need ask them to make any changes ?
I am writing to confirm that xxxx is employed by xxx Limited and holds the
position of xxx . xxx has been employed on a Skilled Worker Visa with xxxx Limited since 2019. The occupation code for her role remains the same:2139
xxx , has been employed with us with continuously throughout their visa sponsorship tenure.
xxx joined our company on xxx 2018 and has been employed with us without interruption. We can confirm that, based on the current status as of today, xxx employment is ongoing and is expected to continue for the foreseeable future. Additionally, we confirm that all leaves taken by xxxx during her tenure with us have been formally approved and properly documented in our records.

We have already submitted the form and have biometric on 13/08. The main applicant skilled worker ( Tier-2) visa start date was 27/08/2019 whereas, the dependent was on ICT visa and changed to Skilled worker on 29/10/2019. Is dependent eligible for ILR visa ? We have already submitted the application do i need to cancel this ? Please advise .

Just to clarify the dependent was on ICT main applicant visa (not dependent). Looking at the other discussions on the forum it seems that dependent should be living in UK as dependent on the partner's Work Visa if that's true then i don't think i am eligible for the ILR with my spouse ( main applicant) ?
