HO will visit office and take Interview at office

Dear Zimba and other senior members,

I got an email from HO that they will be visiting my office and take interview there. I just want to know the datils of how it could be? What might they seek for? What question may arise?

My business is management consultancy firm. Applied for extension in April, 50K share capital.

Has anyone experienced about this visiting office by HO and interviewing there?

Please let me know what preparations I should take.

You are not alone as pointed out by Vish79. Hopefully you will get your answer by the 6th of September (if your interview does not fall on or before the 6th) when other members have had the experience.

I remember reading on here a post about HO visiting business premise unannounced and conducting interview the member stated that Him and His partner were asked lots of questions and that he provided additional documents to the officers.

Unfortunately I not able to find that post.

Just trying to find out that why they want to see the office, as if they just want interview of the candidate, they can invite them to come for interview to HO offices.

Hello everyone,

My office visit and interview is on Tuesday. Most of my expenditures gone by staffs' salary as this is consultancy firm and we do not need much furniture and fixture. I have 2 small rooms office and 2 staffs along with my partner. I have renting contract.

Not only zimba88, I also welcome other senior members' comments like you CR001.

If anyone came across this situation, can share his/her experience. The members who had an interview in HO can also suggest us.

Hey if u have office and stuff is okay. Then u shouldnt be worried. Ur case doesnt look very complex. I dunoo why they are visiting u. Good luck for that. And what services u provide basically in management consultancy. What sort of? Keep postin us and good luck.

Did the HO mention any other details in the E mail ?

In which week of April did you apply for visa extension ?

Did HO interview you for the initial application ?

according to me,They might dig on how you recruited your employees,how you are getting clients,details of your employees and pay rate,about you profit and loss in the past years.

Yes, They started coming to the premises, but not all cases.

Zimba i think he is on holidays or smthing. But all other experts thr to help u. Yea kim has interview on6th and vish i guess has on same day or day before/after. When is ur interview this week. Did u read minzys post. So u can prepare urself. Ur employees are they still working for u. As ur 50,000 investment. Dont think it will be too much of questions. And i am sure u dont have too many employees or expenses which can be discussed in 4hours. Dont stress urself. Take care!

party rocker, you are gonna get anything between 1 to 6 months if you are getting a visa or a decison. I believe if you hit almost 6 months, you qualify for an interview. Just bear this in mind . Make use of this time as much as you can all the best

Please read my posts where i have posted almost all the questions they asked me on 1st sep. I had also got an email on 30 Aug for the interview on 1st Sep. Be prepared with the docs submitted and the current docs with RTi submissions. This is a new process.
