Have you read the guidance ? It does set out the requirements and documents.
And yes, you need 2 more employees for 12 months in your extension period

As long as they continue to work for at least 12 months AFTER extension approval

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your responses I have one employee which has left since 2 months after working 6 months after my extension approval, would it be ok if I hire another now and for another 6 months so does it fulfil 12 months requirements.

The number of employees is generally irrelevant. You need to create/maintain at least two POSITIONS/ROLES for at least 12 months.
Under the transitional arrangements you can even have one employee for 24 months.

Hi CR0001 and rest admin,
I have a query regarding my ILR which is due in Sept, I got Tier 1 entrepreneur extension approved in Oct 2017.
My question is do I need to register for NEST Pension Scheme which I ve already registered and paying Pension payments of my employees. Is it compulsory requirements for ILR from Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa or I can opt out from this pension scheme.

There are no requirements for pension scheme under the immigration rules.

As already advised, you need 2 FT JOBS for 12 months each. Number of employee is irrelavant.
So if your 1 job has completed 12 months after extension, you have fulfilled for that job and not necessarily it has to exist after that or on application date.
However, note you need 2 FT jobs for 12 months each.

Thanks for quick response.
Yes I have 2 full time employees since my extension approved, one already has done 15 months and I got one who has 1 month left to complete 12 months, would it be ok if I remove 1 employee and keep one for my ILR. Please send me the list of documents so I can start preparing my case. Thank you in advance.

Depends on when you qualify for ILR.
Initial visa date?
Are both ur employees FT?
Please send me the list of documents so I can start preparing my case. Thank you in advance.
You’ll find many posts pertaining to the list..
In fact check Tier11417s thread. It’s quite informative.
Also do not just rely on the forum. Read the guidance, caseworkers guidance, and ILR continuous period calculation guidance.
The more knowledge you have.. the less time wasted on simple questions.

Are you applying your wifes ILR on SET (O) as a dependent? Then no you dont need any maintainence for wife for ILR purpose.

So then she does not qualify as ILR as yet. She can only apply ILR once she completes her 5 years from the date of her initial PBS dependent visa. She will continue as PBS dependent and would need an extension for that. What is her visa expiry date? Incase of PBS extension application you need to maintain funds in wifes case.
