ILR APPLICATION THROUGH SOPRIA STERIA

Please how long are we suppose to wait for response from HO ?. I took my wife to Sopria Steria Glasgow office on Friday for her biometric. We paid £ 3000+ for this application and we were told that we would receive an email the next day but we have not received any email.

The 24 hour service is not literally 24 hours, it is 24 business hours.
