Guys i heard that now a days home office is issuing visas in two weeks after your recieve your decision is that correct.
One of my friend's hearing was in January and he received his Visa in 2 Week of February.
Do any one know about it.

Refusal Received: September 2014
Hearing Date: 07 April 2015
Decision Received: 22 April 2015
Waiting for Documents now

So sorry to hear your case. I hope you get best possible advice. Unlucky you! some times you do mistakes like that i understand. Are you working somewhere i think you should go for JR but meanwhile look for Tier 2 sponsor. :(

I think it depends on your intentions whether you want to live in this country or you want to leave this country. in Judicial review your lawyer will convince judge that you should be given the right of appeal and once you have right of appeal then you will be in position to fight your case. Ok thanks for reply. I thought the extension criteria is different.
So does that means that dividends taken by directors can be counted as investment? Because company is paying his directors and comapany as a separate legal entity can pay his directors dividends.

@ cancerian, my advice is that you stick with the same contract format that you got rejected on and fight it out at the tribunal. It might be a good idea to get a good barrister to represent you. No they have clearly given the names of Recognised Suprevisory Bodies, and i am an IFA accountant. Your accounts must be prepared by members of RSB for accounts submission to UKBA.
