Re: Return of all expired BRP/BRC cards

Been on the forum for years now but don't recall any reports about issues with returning BRP/BRC (cards) - late or multiple cards. Or anyone being fined. Thank you Alterhase58, I obviously know there’s a fine for a BRP non-return after receiving a citizenship but for any other cards- I want to make...

Return of all expired BRP/BRC cards

Hi, I have a question. I’m fully aware that once I become a citizen after my citizenship ceremony I must send my current BRC (yes, I have “card” not “ permit”) card to HO. But I still have got all of my old and expired BRPermits which I had never been requested to send back. If I include my old card...

Hi basht, The approval letter doesn’t state your ceremony date. It’s something that your Local Authority should do for you provided there’s availability for it...

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

My apology if it created a bit of confusion. It was just the same email he gave me to inquire about the progress of the application. By “different ways of notifications” I meant receiving approvals either by post or email based on the amount of digits in your Case ID.
Hope this clarifies it ..

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

Hi guys, I just want to update on the Council response regarding my inquiry of my name being on the list. I got a response from the Registration Customer Officer (Ceremonies Team), who was quite kind to provide me with some valuable information which I’d never get from the HO. To begin with, my nam...
