Re: Do I Need to Declare Returned Malaysian Visa Application (No Refusal) on Future UK Visa Forms?

My question is: Do I need to declare this on future UK visa applications, particularly where they ask about visa refusals or problems with immigration applications?
No!

Re: Lost Naturalisation Certificate

Passport issued date is the date the passport is printed. Different to ceremony date and the date on your certificate.

Note that it is the certificate that is proof of ypur citizenship and is a very important document. When you get a replacement, keepnet safe, like you would a birth certificate.

You need 5 years on your current visa route, spouse visa, to apply for ilr on form SET M, so you don't qualify for ILR on Set M yet.

Not to my knowledge. Even if there was, it is not law yet. So just use the current guidelines.
Thank you. How long does it take to get the application assessed for citizenship? Is it 6 months?
It can take anywhere between a few weeks and 6 months, sometimes longer.
