FLR M - Financial requirements....

I have a sily question. I am a British Citizen and my wife from our side the EEA. Her visa on expiring on Feb'19. We both work full time and earn well over the financial requirement (£18,600).

In financial requirement section:
Have you/your sponsor been in employment with the same employer and earning the amount specified in (xiv) below continuously for 6 months prior to the date of the application? (category A)

Yes we are with same employer more than 1 Years. But the problem is she recently got promotion and her salary increased by almost £7,000. So what should we write about her salary - (new salary or Old salary).

As you are saying to have been earning sufficiently too then why don't you use your own earnings only for making your case more simplified.

I am A British Citizen. Need to extend my wife's FLR (M) first extension. She works full time in a reputed company. She started working for this employer since 23/11/2017 with Gross basis salary of £19,000 with bonus its £ 23,000. last October she got promotion and her Gross basic salary is now £23,500 with bonus its £27,000. My question is Firstly How much salary should i mention in Form. Secondly, How many payslips i have to provide them 6 or 12. Thanks
