You just have one lease paper as a proof that you are living together for last 2 years(may be house mate/sharing the property),which is not enough.one month joint statement,not cover your last 2 years relation. Am not satisfied with your documents.

Each RC/PR cost UKBA £ 82,so if they charge £ 55 then still UKBA lose £ 27 each application.RC/PR for EEA national should not be free.at least they have to pay the cost plus if ppl want speedy service then same day service with additional charges would be acceptable.

After 6 months applicant can carry on work till they received back their passports.if any one call that number which is mentioned on COA then they normally sent a letter for further 12 months right to work through e mail to the employer not to the applicant.

Fatefull....where is your wife now at the moment?in uk or in abroad?if she is in uk then as soon as possible open a new bank account and re apply as soon as possible.if she s a qualified person at the moment in the uk then there will be no problem.
