Your both referee are perfectly fine You don’t need to fill the refree detail on your passport form as passport office will use the same details of refree from your naturalisation application form from home office as it’s JCAP application. I have noticed that one of the member named RGSIVA naturalisation application approval date is 23rd September but Iam shocked on 23rd September 2018 it’s Sunday !!!!!!!!!

Citizenship can not be applied jointly, each individual has to apply on their own, and fulfil their own citizenship crieteria .

You can travel on your foreign passport with BRP anytime before attending the ceremony, if you attend the ceremony and received your naturalisation certificate then you can not travel by using BRP, so before you attend your ceremony you free to go on your foreign passport with BRP.
