I don't think there is any such requirement in law to provide no objection letter from Landlord.
A contact and an accommodation report should be sufficient

In my knowledge it does not effect spouse visa application but I please wait for some guru's expert opinion

It sounds they will ask after making decision.
So if they decide to refuse the visa then they won't ask for child IHS as it needs to be refunded in that case.
Or do they ask anyway?

As I applied in end of April and it's been two months but no email for my daughter(8 years old) I have received my original documents back though from Shefield....

Must singed my passport holder otherwise not valid
But who should sing child's passport in that box?
