Re: eP60 for naturalization

Yes as the form states you need an Employer HMRC PAYE ref no. like 120/ which is found on your P60/ HMRC work history

one year P60 ( latest) is enough as their compliance checks will cover your work history of 10 years or less since the time you are in UK anyway!

This should suffice. Employment history with start and end dates per employer/TAX year is useful.

Yes NCS take back photo copies of all originals that you submit except LIUK test certificates.

Get a work history from HMRC with TAX and NI contributions.. That's the best proof of employment and also proving residency.

A lot of applicants who applied in May are now getting approvals with June/July applicants.

So in the next few weeks you should get decisions.

The volume of applicants could differ month to month hence could be delays maybe

Re: citizenship -- 1.49 Tax Office Reference

CR001, UTR no. is not to be used as tax ref, Its generally a no in 3 digits e.g 126

If you call HMRC for SE. or sole traders they will tell you the equivalent used instead on PAYE.

B9X 1 AS is to be used as an address

well to my knowledge the HO will check with HMRC and get your details. And its by law that if your income is not fully taxed even if its on PAYe its your responsibility to update HMRC. Its even mentioned on a p60! So the risk is yours to take. HMRC will happily investigate and clear you out if the i...

Re: Employment

The case officer is not concerned about PAYE NI or self employed cases.

All tax obligations should have been met. That is clearly explained in the AN booklet and guidance.

Re: Employment

its not as easy as it sounds. You have to call HMRC and declare that amount and mention that as an omission from that employer.

There are Good Character checks carried out and its your sole responsibility to sort tax and NI affairs.

Rest is in your hands to apply or not.
